About the role

The Survey Support role is responsible for performing basic tasks under the guidance and supervision of a manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the operator and locator with wire breaks
• Lay out road leads to road crossings
• Maintain proper communication with other crewmembers for problems
• Help with checking calibration and cleaning of poles
• Ensure the job site is clean
• Gather materials for workers to handle on job sites
• Assist skilled laborer
• Follow and enforce the Company required safe work practices and procedures at all times
• Actively participate in JSA and use all necessary steps to complete tasks safely and ensure the safety of others working in the area
• Communicate with all levels of management and crew to effectively present any needs and changes
• All other duties as assigned
