A Day In the Life

  • Meeting with Clients
  • Conducting comprehensive meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and retirement aspirations.
  • Needs Analysis
  • Performing thorough needs analyses to assess clients' current financial situations and future retirement needs.
  • Providing and Explaining Solutions
  • Recommending appropriate insurance and retirement products tailored to clients' individual circumstances using our automated systems and back office support.
  • Rigorous Follow-Up
  • Ensuring seamless implementation of recommended solutions and providing ongoing support and service to clients.
  • Industry Awareness
  • Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Following a Proven Playbook
  • Adhering to a structured approach and utilizing a proven playbook to deliver consistent and effective client outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or insurance sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, RICP) are preferred but not required.
