About the role

The Retirement Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering retirement plans for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and administration of retirement plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on retirement plan options and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant retirement laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute annual retirement plan communications to employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retirement plan administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of ERISA and other retirement laws.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with retirement plan software systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail.

$55,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule
