About the role
The Retirement Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering retirement plans for employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and administration of retirement plans.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on retirement plan options and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant retirement laws and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute annual retirement plan communications to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retirement plan administration or related field.
- Knowledge of ERISA and other retirement laws.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with retirement plan software systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
