Responsibilities
- Implement tested marketing strategies
- Evaluate current coverage and provide recommendations
- Utilize systems to find and place the best solutions for clients
- Work alongside clients to develop risk management strategies
- Nurture relationships with existing clients
- Partner with a team to support community initiatives
- Maintain all insurance documents and records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Stay updated on industry information
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service is an asset
- Ability to analyze financial information and comply with regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Attention to detail and strong math skills
- Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude
- Outstanding communication skills, and the ability to foster long-term relationships
- Valid professional licensing
