I&E Technician
You will enjoy doing
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and repair process instrumentation, analytical equipment, control valves, pneumatic systems, low-voltage electrical systems (600VAC and below), motor controls, and associated control hardware
- Diagnose and repair instrumentation and control systems using control logic, schematic wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while maintaining accurate equipment histories, work orders, calibration records, service reports, and repair documentation within the CMMS system
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical equipment, including gas chromatographs, thermal conductivity analyzers, and electrolytic process analyzers
- Maintain equipment performance, maintain spare parts inventory, make independent technical recommendations, and support continuous reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance while directing contractor activities and ensuring adherence to all site safety requirements
- Support plant operations by learning the production process, assisting with production technician responsibilities, and providing plant coverage during off-hours and rotating on-call assignments as needed
- Work effectively in both office and field environments, including climbing ladders, stairways, scaffolding, and operating man-lifts to access elevated equipment while working in varying weather conditions
- Maintain availability for emergency response, operational support, and limited domestic travel as required
What Makes You Great
- An Associate’s degree or Engineering Technology degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Technology, or a minimum of five (5) years of experience maintaining instrumentation systems and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and calibrating industrial instrumentation systems and equipment, with strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Strong working knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, motors, process control systems, and industrial instrumentation applications
- Proficiency with CMMS platforms, Microsoft Office applications, email, and other standard computer software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, maintain strong organization and planning skills, and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, codes, and process control methodologies within an industrial manufacturing environment (preferred)

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $61,875 - $90,750
