About the role
The I&E Technician will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining industrial equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure switches, sensors, control valves, and variable frequency drives.
- Configure and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Develop and modify PLC tags for SCADA systems.
- Modify existing SCADA code as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with PLCs and SCADA systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software.
- Education: Associate's degree or higher in an automation-related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in industrial automation, including PLC programming and SCADA system configuration.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Diagram, Structured Text, and Instruction List.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
