I&C/Testing Supervisor (outage)
About the role
The I&C/Testing Supervisor position will be located onsite in Bridgman, MI. This contract role is short-term from beginning of Sept till approximately mid-October to support a refueling outage. It reports to the client management team within Projects. You will support the testing and implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Directing technicians and all work activities
- Ensuring that all work performed by technicians is completed safely, thoroughly and without error following the work packages, drawings, specifications, procedures and standards.
- Ensuring that work packages are reviewed and walked down before beginning work. And that the work packages are sufficiently completed and closed out
- Ensuring that all personnel are trained and qualified to perform the work assigned
- Being the primary contact between management and other work groups related to the work that is being performed
- Perform pre job briefs before work start
- Manage P6 scheduled work – communicate daily updates
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in supervision or oversight of maintenance personnel or activities
- Pervious I&C experience
- Previous experience at client's site
- Residence is within 50 miles of job location
- Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing

Pay
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $60/hour to $80/hour.
