Outage Coordinator

Overview

Handshake is seeking experienced professionals in the energy industry to contribute to AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This role does not follow a traditional employment model. You will leverage your practical experience in asset management, maintenance planning, and grid operations to assess AI-generated content and offer insights that enhance AI's understanding of maintenance workflows and reliability engineering.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in asset management, maintenance reliability, or grid operations, including roles such as Maintenance Planner or Reliability Engineer, Outage Coordinator, or Distribution Operations Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo, Oracle OMS, SAVEVA PI, ArcGIS, or similar tools used in the energy sector.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
