About the role

The Director of Housing and Outreach Services oversees all housing initiatives and outreach efforts within the organization. They are responsible for ensuring that all housing needs are met and that outreach programs effectively engage the community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housing initiatives and outreach programs
• Develop and implement strategies to meet housing needs
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance outreach efforts
• Ensure compliance with all relevant housing policies and regulations
• Manage and supervise a team of housing coordinators and outreach staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (housing, social work, urban planning)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housing management or related field
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong understanding of housing policy and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse communities
• Knowledge of housing finance and budgeting
• Ability to develop and manage budgets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
