About the role

This role involves working as part of a team to ensure optimal task methods, including product inspection, equipment operation, raw material and finished goods movement, and clean room area and equipment cleaning/sanitizing.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of products
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment
• Perform changeovers, line clearance, and cleaning
• Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment
• Facilitate continuous operation of equipment through breaks
• Perform rework as needed
• Cross-train within the department to support business needs
• Maintain all quality and GMP standards
• Perform SAP data entries
• Use precision instruments such as a 10x microscope, calipers, and other gauges
• Participate on blitz teams as assigned
• Perform other duties as required to support business needs

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred; in lieu of diploma, two years of manufacturing experience is required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Previous experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) preferred
• Previous experience with precision measuring instruments preferred

Schedule

This role requires a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week (US BD 1st Shift: 8am-4pm).
