Hyperion and Oracle Cloud EPM FDMEE Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a OneStream Solutions Architect at Astral Solutions Group. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as OneStream solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process analysis. The role is located in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Lead OneStream implementation and solutions through project full cycle – requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
• Lead full pre-sales cycle – introduction, scoping, drafting estimate and proposal, creating statement of work contract
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences
• Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges
• Adhere to CPM projects delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables and milestones are completed on time
• Work with leadership to develop and grow the practice further including revenue attainment, sales and marketing assets, partnership with OneStream, training, recruiting, onboarding, and staffing
• Align with company Core values and embrace the company culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social/networking activities
• Must have a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
• Must have 10 + years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM cloud, FCCS, EPBCS)
• Must have experience in delivering at least 5 full OneStream implementation lifecycles project on consolidations and Planning
• Must have deep understanding of financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A
• Must have deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments
• Must have deep understanding on FP&A processes related to budgeting, planning and Forecasting
• Must have prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution
• Must have previous experience leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations
• Must have experience with VB.net and other programming languages
• Must have OneStream Certified Solutions Architect designation
• Must have experience with data integration between different systems/sources
