Qualifications
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best
- Previous customer service, hospitality, fitness, spa, or wellness experience preferred
- Comfortable communicating with clients in person and over the phone
- Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills
- Willingness to support all areas of the studio, including client service, sales, room flow, cleaning, laundry, and stocking
- Weekend availability preferred
- Background or interest in fitness, wellness, exercise science, or a related field is a plus
Skills
- Manage check-in, check-out, scheduling, calls, voicemails, and client messages
- Help new clients complete paperwork, set up profiles, tour the studio, and understand services
- Explain service options, benefits, precautions, memberships, packages, promotions, and after-care
- Assist with room turnover, laundry, stocking, cleaning, and opening/closing procedures
