Responsibilities
- Manage hygiene re-care systems, reactivation campaigns, and fill-in strategies for last-minute schedule gaps.
- Ensure precise record-keeping, accurate schedule entry, and relentless follow-through on patient unscheduled treatment lists.
- Use a warm, confident, and persuasive phone voice to communicate with patients, emphasizing the importance of preventive visits.
- Optimize clinical workflow by understanding hygiene procedure timing and periodontal recall intervals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of dental office experience, with a strong understanding of hygiene procedure timing, periodontal recall intervals, and clinical workflow.
- Proven experience managing hygiene re-care systems and reactivation campaigns.
- Customer-centric communication skills with a warm, confident, and persuasive phone presence.
- A demonstrated track record of stability, loyalty, and long-term commitment in previous employment.
- Obsessive attention to detail in record-keeping, schedule entry, and patient follow-through.
- Tech-savvy with prior proficiency in Dentrix and automated patient communication platforms (highly preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
