Patient Care & Clinical Support

• Welcome patients and help create an exceptional experience from start to finish.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for each patient.
• Assist hygienists during patient care as needed.
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by state regulations.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Set up and break down treatment rooms between patients.
• Maintain dental equipment and supplies.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions.
• Auxiliary support the clinical team to create an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dental assisting experience or eagerness to start a career in dentistry (experience preferred but not always required).
• Enjoy helping people and creating positive patient experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
