Schedule

• Monday: 7:45am–5:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:45am–7:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:45am–7:00pm
• Thursday: 7:45am–5:00pm
• Every other Friday: 7:45am–2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the dental hygienist to prepare the room, seat patients, and take proper documentation of the patient’s visit
• Record and review patients' health history, make chart entries under the direction of the Doctor or hygienist, and assure completion of all necessary forms and signatures
• Educate patients on their treatment plans as well as maintaining their oral health
• Work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal skills such as establishing positive relationships with our team and patients
• Communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach

Requirements

• Dental Assisting Certification or prior on-the-job training
• 1–5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Radiography/X-Ray certification (state-specific)
• Current CPR certification
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service and patient education
