JOB SUMMARY
The Hydraulics Service Technician is responsible for inspecting hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves for the purpose of rebuild/repair. The successful candidate will have knowledge of internal and external parts of hydraulic components and be familiar with how they work and operate as well as having knowledge of proper testing procedures. The candidate will provide repair solutions, create a parts list using shop software, and schedule repairs.

- Self-starter and works well independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external customers
- Competent in using wrenches, air tools, torque wrenches, and hydraulically operated equipment such as shop press/power pack
- Ability to read mic gauges, measuring tools, and work from blueprints
- Owns measuring tool (0’-6”) and hand tools
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two plus years of experience with hydraulic-controlled components
- Strong mechanical aptitude
