About the role

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems and components both in the branch and at customer locations.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components.
  • Diagnose problems and prepare repair estimates.
  • Repair and install new hydraulic systems in the field.
  • Keep work area and service vehicle clean and organized.
  • Maintain proper inventory on service vehicle.
  • Uphold a professional image and relationship with customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities while on customer premises.
  • Work at customer sites in accordance with their work rules.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • 2 years of Hydraulic Field Service experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Skills

  • Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
  • Skill to formulate sound decisions using available information.
  • Attention to minute details of a task.
