About the role
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems and components both in the branch and at customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components.
- Diagnose problems and prepare repair estimates.
- Repair and install new hydraulic systems in the field.
- Keep work area and service vehicle clean and organized.
- Maintain proper inventory on service vehicle.
- Uphold a professional image and relationship with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities while on customer premises.
- Work at customer sites in accordance with their work rules.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of Hydraulic Field Service experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
Skills
- Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Skill to formulate sound decisions using available information.
- Attention to minute details of a task.
