Hybrid Support BCBA

About the role

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join our Clinical Services Team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position offers a hybrid work schedule combining both remote and in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning and progress monitoring.
• Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Document all services provided in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain ongoing professional development through continuing education and supervision.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis from an accredited program.
• A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical setting.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ethical standards and legal requirements related to behavior analysis.
• Proficiency in using software for data collection and analysis.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
