HYBRID Senior Accountant (Mfg exp. req. $120K+)

About the Role

Our client, a growing manufacturer with multiple facilities across the US, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its corporate finance team. Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process while ensuring timely and accurate GAAP-compliant reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial analysis supporting productivity, profitability, and business decisions
• Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, and cost analysis across multiple manufacturing locations
• Track, audit, and report capital expenditures
• Develop and improve accounting controls, policies, and financial processes
• Serve as the primary liaison for annual external audits
• Support ERP implementation and financial systems optimization initiatives
• Provide financial support for Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience required
• Manufacturing accounting industry experience required
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and month-end close required
• ERP system experience required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) required

Pay

$120,000 - $130,000 per year

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday, flexible hours (40–45 hours per week)
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days remote
