Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan + supplemental insurance Vision insurance Professional Development Higher Education Job Details Job Title: Sales Representative - Business Development Reports to: Director of Career services team Employement: Full-Time, Hybrid schedule Pay: $52k-$55k per year (negotiable) + bonuses Location: Henderson, NV Schedule: 8-hours/day Monday–Friday 3 days per week in the field developing connections and building new partnerships. 2 days per week reporting on-campus/hybrid. Duties: Sales and Business Development Actively identify and acquire new clinical sites Connecting students with potential employers for job placement opportunities Build and sustain relationships with current partners, scheduling employer site visits and assessing satisfaction. Plan job fair events and employer campus visits. Obtain the required documentation for state approval to ensure sites are compliant and ready for student placement. Qualifications: Excellent marketing and sales skills. Previous experience in medical, healthcare, colleges, workforce, or business development is a plus.
