About the role

A Hybrid Portfolio Manager provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure properties are maintained and operated in accordance with the objectives of each Association and the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct property operations to meet Association and Company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage finances and budgeting for properties
  • Develop and implement community development strategies
  • Communicate effectively with residents, board members, and other stakeholders
  • Solve problems related to property management and operations

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Financial management expertise
  • Experience in community development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in property management preferred

Skills

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of community association laws and regulations
