About the role
A Hybrid Portfolio Manager provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure properties are maintained and operated in accordance with the objectives of each Association and the Company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct property operations to meet Association and Company objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Manage finances and budgeting for properties
- Develop and implement community development strategies
- Communicate effectively with residents, board members, and other stakeholders
- Solve problems related to property management and operations
Requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Financial management expertise
- Experience in community development
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- Professional certifications in property management preferred
Skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of community association laws and regulations
