What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using network analysis and critical path methodology
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with contract requirements
- Perform delay impact analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Cookordinate schedule updates with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Prepare schedule-related reports for project oversight and decision-making
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or 10 years of equivalent construction experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling for construction projects, preferably from government contracts
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and project controls principles
- Ability to pass an extensive background check and obtain a DHS security clearance for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working on government contracts or with federal agencies
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to federal projects
- Knowledge of additional project management software or tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
- Previous experience in construction management or related fields
