About the role

We led the transformation of an 1,800 sq ft shelled space into a state-of-the-art hybrid operating room, reimagining the raw space to accommodate advanced surgical technologies while optimizing workflow, staff efficiency, and patient safety. This role involves careful attention to spatial planning, circulation, and interior environments to support high-acuity procedures and the integration of specialized medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan healthcare spaces, including hybrid operating rooms, imaging suites, and other specialized medical environments.
• Optimize spatial layouts for workflow, staff efficiency, and patient safety.
• Integrate advanced medical technologies and equipment into architectural designs.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Focus on high-acuity procedure environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
