Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and versatile Hybrid Office/Warehouse & Field Associate to join our team. This role serves as a key connection between warehouse operations and customer-facing field services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office/Warehouse Responsibilities:

    • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
    • Pick, pack, and stage orders for daily deliveries and field service operations.
    • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
    • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
    • Support office operations including scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.
    • Absorb cutting wire shelving and prepare materials for installation.
    • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Ensure accurate information flows between the field and office.

  • Field Responsibilities:

    • Visit job sites to assist with measurements, verifications, installations, and technical assistance as needed.
    • Handle and transport materials such as shower doors (50+ lbs), shelving, and related products.
    • Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks and sprinter vans, for customer deliveries.
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with safety regulations.
    • Maintain clear communication with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and customers to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations and field-based roles such as delivery, logistics, or service support.

  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

  • Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to become certified.

  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and professionally in the field.

  • Comfortable with both office work and physical labor.

  • Basic tool use and willingness to learn hands-on tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail—especially with measurements and accuracy.
