(Hybrid) Mental Health Counselor / Therapist or Social Worker (MHC or LCSW) - Massachusetts

Responsibilities
- Participate in supervision groups, trainings, and department meetings.
- Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis.
- Maintain a weekly average standard of patients across various payment methods.
- Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule aligned with productivity expectations.
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Provide appropriate psychotherapy practices using various modalities.
- Counsel and provide crisis intervention for patients.
- Comply with clinical standards and document sessions thoroughly.
- Support a friendly work culture that fosters a collaborative and co-learning environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts State License (LCSW/MHC) or license-eligible with up to 2 years of post-licensure experience.
- Master's in Social Work or related graduate degree.
- At least one year of experience practicing psychotherapy.
- Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse patient populations in a telehealth environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency with diverse technology platforms and systems.
Skills
- Knowledge of specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).

Pay
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this role, determined through an internal compensation assessment. Actual compensation is influenced by factors such as location, role responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, role level, and applicable credentials.
Schedule
Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, with flexibility to start as early as 7 am and end as late as 9 pm on weekdays, and between 9 am and 5 pm on Saturdays. Include at least four hours within your schedule after 5 pm on a weekday or on the weekend. On-call is not required, but checking and responding to time-sensitive emails on unscheduled days is required unless on PTO. A consistent weekly schedule is necessary, but start and end times per day can vary each week.
