Licensed Therapist - Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)

Position Overview

You'll support children and their caregivers by helping families understand diagnoses, build effective home supports, advocate for their child, and navigate emotional challenges. You will also help children build relationships, adapt to change, develop self-advocacy skills, and strengthen their emotional well-being. This role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative.

Scheduling Options

• Peak Hours: Monday through Friday between 2-7 PM, Saturday's 8AM-7PM
• Part-time: 10-29 hours per week
• Full-time: 30-40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Part-time: $47.79 - $59.74 per hour + health insurance at 26+ hours per week
• Full-time: $42.67 - $53.33 per hour + full benefits (PTO, CEU stipend, 401k matching, health, vision, dental and more!)

Minimum Qualifications

• Active LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Massachusetts
• Clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families
• A strong interest in providing neurodiversity-affirming care
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese (preferred)
