Hybrid Licensed Therapist (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Role Overview

The Licensed Clinical Therapist provides mental health and substance abuse assessments, delivers evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy, and monitors patient progress. They maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in patient growth strategies, and may engage in community outreach to educate local healthcare providers and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use conditions
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals and families
• Track treatment responses and monitor clinical symptoms
• Maintain compliant electronic medical records
• Contribute to marketing efforts by providing provider profiles
• Occasionally educate community providers and organizations about available services

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
• At least 2 years of post-master's experience in behavioral health
• Experience with individual and family psychotherapy
• Proficiency with electronic health records and professional communication tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
