About the role

The Hyrbid Field Sales Representative (HFSR) is responsible for managing sales growth by building a book of business through field sales marketing activity and telesales programs. The role involves selling, cross-selling, up-selling, and retaining members through the Aetna IVL Medicare product portfolio. The HFSR will deploy an operating model that supports 3 days in the field and 2 days in a call center queue to reduce acquisition costs, enhance field agent productivity, strengthen brand ambassadors, and facilitate more direct-to-consumer growth.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition and conversion of new and existing members via field programs including face-to-face appointments, retail, provider, center of influence development, and referrals programs.
  • Acquisition and conversion of new and existing members via inbound and outbound calls by assessing customer needs for products and services using insightful, probing questions, and demonstrating superior listening skills.
  • Document call interactions, COIs, and lead management protocols in the hybrid field sales integrated tech stack with new and existing members.
  • Develop, continuously train, and learn new sales skills to support best-in-class customer acquisition metrics, sales goals, and other KPIs aimed at driving complaints and quality sales.
  • Accountable for telesales/field sales achievement of quality, sales effectiveness, retention, secret shopper initiatives, and state, federal, and CMS requirements for Medicare sales agents and programs.

Requirements

0-3 years of experience required. Essential qualifications include a 4-year college degree or 1-2 years of experience selling multiple Medicare products, such as Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement. Active use of computer for job activities, excellent communication and listening skills, self-starter attitude, ability to control emotions, adaptable to high-pressure environments, and high-level computer proficiency.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications and functions include minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job. Preferred qualifications may include adeptness at assessing consumer needs, utilizing math and cost-benefit analysis, mastery of sales achievement, out-of-the-box solutioning, and creative thinking.

Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $47,788.00 - $81,090.00.
