Hybrid Dietitian

About the role

Morrison Healthcare at Mercy Health in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Dietitian to join our team. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting
• Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Guide patients, families, staff, and the community on nutrition and lifestyle strategies
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols
• Contribute to Quality & Performance Improvement initiatives
• Partner with the food service management team to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Mentor and train staff and dietetic interns as applicable

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Starting at $65,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
