HYBRID - Contact Center Associate

Immediate openings for a remote Contact Center Associate position within 60 miles of Spokane, WA. Join Delta Dental's mission-driven team to help members navigate dental benefits and deliver exceptional service.

About the role

This is a 5-month contract position offering a fast onboarding process and quick start dates. You’ll support individuals, providers, and communities by addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist members, providers, and internal partners with questions related to benefits, eligibility, claims, coverage, and provider services
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and accuracy
• Resolve customer concerns during the first interaction whenever possible
• Document customer interactions and follow-up items thoroughly
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service expectations
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable follow-through and ability to meet deadlines
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
• Must reside within 60 miles of Spokane and be able to pick up company equipment locally

Schedule

• Training (First 3 Weeks): Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Post-Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift within operating hours of 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay

$20.00 - $20.00/hr
