Hybrid Care/Compounding Pharmacist

The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it appropriately. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / company description (intro) 2. What You'll Do (responsibilities) - split into Care (remote) and Compounding (in person) and Across both 3. Required qualifications 4. Preferred qualifications 5. Who You Are (soft skills/culture fit) 6. What We Offer (benefits) The job title is already shown on the page, so I shouldn't repeat it as a heading. The posting mentions "Care/Compounding Pharmacist" but that's the title. I need to use

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. Let me structure: - First, a brief intro paragraph about Mixlab (the first paragraph) - Then "About the Role" section with the description - "Responsibilities" section with sub-sections for Care, Compounding, Across both - "Requirements" for required qualifications - "Preferred Qualifications" for preferred - "Who You Are" for the soft skills - "Benefits" for what we offer I need to be careful not to include boilerplate. The posting doesn't have EEO, cookie, navigation, etc. It's clean. Now, for the responsibilities: they are listed under "What You'll Do" with subheadings "Care (remote)", "Compounding (in person)", "Across both". I'll make those sub-sections under Responsibilities. For the required section: it's labeled "Required About you" - I'll use "Requirements". Preferred: "Preferred" section. Who You Are: that's a section. What We Offer: benefits. Also note the location/schedule details are part of "What You'll Do" - I'll include them in the responsibilities section or as a separate note. The posting says "Time split: Approximately 40% Care/Remote and 60% Lab..." and "Location and Schedule: ..." - I'll include that as part of the role description or responsibilities. I'll create a section "Role Overview" or "About the Role" for the initial description and schedule details. Let me write the HTML. Important: No markdown code fences, just HTML fragment. No html/body tags. I'll start with a paragraph for the company intro, then h3 for About the Role, then p for the description, then maybe a paragraph for schedule details. Then h3 Responsibilities, with sub-sections? But the rule says use h3 for section headings. Should I use h3 for each sub-section? The rule says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't mention sub-sections. But the responsibilities have clear sub-categories. I could use h3 for Responsibilities and then use ul/li with nested lists? Or use h3 for each sub-category? The example includes "Responsibilities" as a heading. I think I should keep Responsibilities as one h3, and then within that, use sub-headings? But the rule says only h3 for section headings. Maybe I can use h4? But the rule doesn't mention h4. It says "use

for section headings". It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe, I'll keep only h3 for main sections. For sub-sections, I can use strong or just list them as separate lists with a leading bold text? But the rule says use ul/li for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and p for prose. I can structure the responsibilities as a list of categories with nested lists. Better: Under Responsibilities h3, I'll have a paragraph describing the split, then three sub-sections each with a bold label and a ul. But the rule says use ul/li for any list. I can do:

    Responsibilities

Time split: Approximately 40% Care/Remote and 60% Lab, adjusted to business needs. You will work in person at your home lab an average of 3 days per week...

    Care (Remote)

... but h4 not allowed? The rule doesn't explicitly forbid h4, but says "use

for section headings". It might be okay to use h4 for sub-sections. However, to be safe, I'll use for sub-section labels and then ul. But the example includes "Responsibilities" as a heading. I'll follow the pattern: each major section gets h3. Sub-sections can be handled with strong and ul. Let me check the instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." It doesn't say we cannot use other heading levels. But to keep it simple, I'll use h3 only for the main sections. For sub-sections, I'll use a paragraph with strong text, then a ul. Alternatively, I could make each sub-section a separate h3? But that would create many h3s. The example list includes "Responsibilities" as one heading. So I'll keep Responsibilities as one h3. Similarly, "Requirements" and "Preferred Qualifications" could be separate h3s. Now, the "Required About you" is the requirements. "Preferred" is preferred qualifications. "Who You Are" is like skills/culture. "What We Offer" is benefits. I'll create: - About the Role (h3) - Responsibilities (h3) - Requirements (h3) - Preferred Qualifications (h3) - Who You Are (h3) - Benefits (h3) Now, for the schedule details: they are part of "What You'll Do". I'll include them in the Responsibilities section as a paragraph. Let me write the HTML. First, company intro paragraph:

Mixlab is the first modern pet pharmacy that focuses on creating high-quality, custom medications and delightful experiences for pets, their parents and veterinarians. By putting service at the heart of everything we do, we're able to provide the best personalized care for our furry friends, as well as those who care for them. Mixlab is proud to be a PCAB-accredited compounding pet pharmacy.

      Then About the Role:

      About the Role

Mixlab, the fast-growing veterinary compounding pharmacy, is hiring a Care/Compounding Pharmacist who is equally at home on the phone with a veterinarian and at the compounding bench. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with quality, passionate about personalized care for pets and their people, and driven to #MakeItHappen for our furry (and scaly!) friends no matter what. This is a hybrid role. You will split your time between our Care team, supporting veterinarians and pet parents remotely, and one of our compounding labs, where you will compound, verify, and supervise in person. You will help make Mixlab a 100% dependable resource for customers and veterinarians alike, and you will be a bridge between the clinical questions customers ask and the lab that answers them.

      Then Responsibilities:

Additional in-person coverage may be requested during peak volume, staff absences, or inspections. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis is required.

      • Answer workflow and pharmacy questions and guide technicians and pharmacy associates in daily tasks
      • Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams on processing, compounding, clinical solutions, and workflows
