HYBRID Call Center Representative

About the role

Tentative Start Date: 11/16. 100% Onsite in Pensacola, FL until released to hybrid schedule. Training hours: 7:30am‑4:30pm CST. This position involves taking back‑to‑back inbound calls, sitting at a desk, working on a computer, navigating two monitors and several programs to assist members with account‑related requests. Looking for individuals who are dependable and committed to quickly resolving needs while providing excellent service to company account holders. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. Application anticipated to close on Oct 26, 2026. Workplace type: hybrid (onsite initially, then hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Handle back‑to‑back inbound calls from members.
• Work at a desk with two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and phone.
• Navigate multiple programs to address account inquiries.
• Resolve member needs quickly and provide excellent service.
• Maintain dependable attendance and adhere to scheduled shifts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills; professional phone voice.
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
• Ability to ask probing questions and diffuse tense situations when needed.
• Strong time management and decision‑making abilities.
• Adaptability and accountability.
• Willingness to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday) as required.
• Ability to adhere to hybrid work guidelines: minimum 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload Ethernet connection, workspace within 8‑12 ft of modem/router, two‑port setup, no satellite/hotspot/Wi‑Fi extenders, distraction‑free environment.
