Position Overview
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training. Hybrid Model: Initial assessments and early supervision sessions are conducted in person. Telehealth options may be available once cases are established.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete and maintain clinical documentation
- Analyze treatment data and make program modifications
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs
- Deliver parent and caregiver training
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience
- Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
