Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy
• Aim to set each individual up for the most success
• Use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care
• Offer defined pathways of clinical growth through mentorship, ongoing training opportunities, and covered continuing education expenses
• Enjoy realistic caseloads, consistent schedules, quarterly bonuses, flexible schedules, co-treatment sessions, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with the Behavior Treatment Committee and participate in strong RBT training programs
• Work in centers designed for naturalistic teaching

Requirements

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Pay

Up to $100,000/year + quarterly bonus
