About the role

We are looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team in a hybrid position. BCBAs/LBAs thrive in our supportive environment with a commitment to professional development and making an impact in kids’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Pay

$85 - $105/hour

Schedule

• Full-time: 25 hours/week or part-time available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
