Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team in a hybrid position. Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Pay

$95 - $110/hour

Schedule

Full-time (25 hours/week) or part-time available. Shifts are flexible, based on your availability.

Location: Columbia, MD 21044 and surrounding areas.
