Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach.
• Focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve.
• Aim to set each individual up for the most success.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
