About the Role

Hello ABA is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team that prioritizes clinician well-being and sustainable practice. This hybrid position in Baltimore, MD offers flexible scheduling and is designed to support long-term, high-quality clinical work without burnout.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional behavior assessments and treatment planning
• Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work
• Develop engaging, play-based programming using NET
• Supervise and mentor RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
• Track progress through data and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Maryland licensure or eligibility for a MD LBA
• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
