Hybrid Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Mercy Collaborative Care - Town & Country Psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Provide consults virtually to primary care providers (PCPs) regarding medication management or next steps in care.
• Support the Collaborative Care program by working with case managers on advice and brief interventions for behavioral health needs.
• Work 20 hours per week onsite at Mercy Clinic Adult Psychiatry – Town and Country.
• Work 20 hours per week remotely from home.

Requirements

Candidates must reside in the St. Louis area.

Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification.
• Current license to practice in Missouri.
• Experience in behavioral health and primary care integration.
• Strong communication skills.

Skills
