Responsibilities
- Provide consults virtually to primary care providers (PCPs) regarding medication management or next steps in care.
- Support the Collaborative Care program by working with case managers on advice and brief interventions for behavioral health needs.
- Work 20 hours per week onsite at Mercy Clinic Adult Psychiatry – Town and Country.
- Work 20 hours per week remotely from home.
Requirements
Candidates must reside in the St. Louis area.
Qualifications
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification.
- Current license to practice in Missouri.
- Experience in behavioral health and primary care integration.
- Strong communication skills.
Skills
