About the role
Mercy Clinic Town & Country Psychiatry offers a collaborative care behavioral health opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Previous advanced practitioner experience in prescribing and managing medications is required. The position is located in the St. Louis area and is a hybrid role requiring 20 hours per week onsite at Mercy Clinic Adult Psychiatry – Town and Country and 20 hours per week working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Provide consults virtually to Primary Care Providers (PCPs) to review medications or next steps in care.
- Support the Collaborative Care program, integrating behavioral health within the primary care setting.
- Work with Case Managers on advice and brief interventions for behavioral health needs.
Requirements
Candidates must reside in the St. Louis area.
Qualifications
- Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) license in Missouri.
- Experience in behavioral health and medication management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
