Hybrid Assembler B

Responsibilities

• Perform work instructions to complete product assembly in accordance to standardized work procedures
• Align components and other parts for assembly and/or fixturing
• Receive parts and sub-assemblies in work area and deliver material to "work in progress" work centers as per Traveler instructions
• Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work
• Perform quality checks on assembly parts using Process Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures
• Operate and monitor furnace processes to ensure compliance with production requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility
• Working experience performing wire bonding operations
• Working experience performing die bonding operations
• Experience loading, unloading, and monitoring furnace equipment
