About the Role

Step into the spotlight as our Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, where you’ll orchestrate smooth service across all F&B spots—from the buzz of the Lounge to the elegance of Banquets and the comfort of Room Service. You’ll lead a team focused on genuine smiles, speedy service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences while balancing revenue goals and operational excellence. This position is overtime eligible (OEM), with overtime calculated accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout service across all food & beverage areas, creating a warm, welcoming vibe for guests and teammates.
• Manage budgeting and revenue strategies to exceed department targets.
• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively to maintain seamless service.
• Communicate clearly with guests, staff, and leadership to foster collaboration.
• Utilize Windows systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools for operations and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and motivate F&B staff while upholding high standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Preferred: 2-year college degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a 4-year degree with 1+ year of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, including supervisory roles.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and objectivity.
• Compliance with certification requirements (e.g., Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid).
