About the Role
As a behind-the-scenes hero, you’ll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. You set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces—and inspire your team to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks to ensure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
- Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive attitude to keep the team motivated.
- Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files while prioritizing safety.
- Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment, ensuring everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
