HW V&V Lead

About the role

The Hardware Verification Lead will be responsible for leading the verification efforts for hardware products within the company. This includes designing and implementing verification plans, managing verification teams, and ensuring that all hardware designs meet the required standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of verification plans for hardware products
• Manage verification teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of verification tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design constraints
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to hardware verification
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of verification processes to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware verification, preferably in an engineering or technical leadership role
• Experience with hardware verification methodologies and tools such as Verilog, VHDL, and UVM
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
