HW-Line Cook

About the role

We are looking for a Line Cook who treats our Guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner. Everybody’s taken care of here and welcomed with open arms. We are a Texas Tried and Texas True restaurant delivering farm to fork, chef-driven cuisine.

Responsibilities

Our Line Cooks possess a Texas-sized hustle paired with genuine hospitality, pride themselves on attention to detail, and know the cooking techniques and menu builds like the back of their hands. They understand the importance of a clean, safe and sanitary kitchen environment and take the safety of the food, guests and team seriously.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
