About the role

We are urgently hiring HVACR Commercial Lead Installers.

Responsibilities

• Reading and comprehending drawings, scopes, and equipment submittals
• Knowledgeable of local mechanical codes for estimating and inspections
• Estimates for job pricing, material takeoffs, and ordering to complete the job
• Layout of duct work for install and coordination with other trades
• Installation of sheet metal, fibrous board and flex duct, dampers, and air devices
• Measuring and drawing up sheet metal duct fittings to be ordered
• Hanging/setting of exhaust fans, louvers, units, and other mechanical equipment
• Hanging of copper, PVC, and piping hangers for refrigerant, condensate, and CHW piping
• Insulation of ductwork with exterior fiberglass wrap
• Low voltage control wiring for thermostats, dampers, heaters, and other control devices
• Copper brazing and equipment startup
• Daily communication of work completed through company tablet

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience within the HVAC trade
• Must have EPA certification
• Refrigeration knowledge
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Able to work independently
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and on-site drug test
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
