Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Work Hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform residential and commercial retrofit/changeout installations
- Complete HVAC installations for new construction projects
- Lead jobsites and mentor installation helpers/apprentices
- Install duct systems, including sheet metal and flex ducting
- Correctly size, install, insulate, and seal ductwork
- Braze and test refrigerant line sets
- Install and test gas piping systems
- Perform system startups and troubleshoot installation issues
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism onsite
- Utilize ServiceTitan daily for job management and documentation

Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience - residential and/or light commercial
- EPA Universal Certification
- Lead experience - Desired
- Able to lift up to 100lb with assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
