About the role

Responsible for managing HVAC warehouse operations, including overseeing maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the HVAC warehouse to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure all employees are trained on safety procedures and emergency response plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to HVAC systems and warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC system diagnostics and repair.
• Experience with inventory management software.
