We are looking for HVAC systems mechanics who have worked in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team to work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment. Responsibilities

• Provide customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing solutions and outcomes at the time of service
• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently, including upselling opportunities
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions
• Partner with Journeymen in the repair of centrifugal, steam turbines, and absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers and ammonia systems
• Scope of work limited to commercial HVACR service
• May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills

Requirements

• Five (5) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry
• Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification (to be completed after hours and weekends) required upon hire
• Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills
• Practical working experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of Commercial and/or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry
• Refrigeration Certification
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification

Pay

Pay Range: $40.00/HR. Hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
