HVAC Thermal Manager

The T1 HVAC Thermal Engineering Manager leads a team of engineers and project managers to provide high quality utilities to an advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Drives development of functional strategy and long-term goals of the organization.
- Manages direct reports on an ongoing basis with accountability for costs, schedules, productivity, and performance standards.
- Mentors staff to resolve problems and meet objectives.
- Manages organization to develop & hit key metrics to measure & improve performance.
- Focus on improving awareness, alignment and buy-in around organization strategy and link to specific business outcomes.
- Collaboration with other department leaders to maximize communication, development, and productivity of team members and consistency across
- Lead, encourage and enable data driven process improvement focus.
Qualifications
- B.S. in engineering field preferred or commiserate experience
- 10+ years of experience in Facilities or Engineering environment
- Experience as leader of team of Engineers and/or Technicians
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
- Professional Engineering License a Plus
Pay
The current base salary range for this role is between $147,000 - $200,500. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
